Baby Elephant Says Time To Play!

Sponsor:

Young animals are extremely playful.

If you’ve ever brought home a new puppy or kitten, you definitely know how they like to play all day long. And chew on your shoes.

And make a mess on the carpet.

Like a few certain pets that I’ve brought home before. But let’s not focus on that right now.

Well, as it turns out, elephants have a lot more in common with kittens and puppies than you think. In fact, do they have anything in common in the first place? I mean, they’re both mammals, right? I just might be overthinking this.

Baby elephant at play video

The video shows a baby elephant playfully running around with a few other people.

At one point, this two month old elephant (yep, two months old. And it’s still huge!) even sits in one of its newfound friends’ laps.

I don’t think I need to remind you that that’s pretty much as adorable as you can get.

What’s really interesting about this video is the fact that, at a mere two months old, it’s almost reminiscent of a human baby of the same age.

It’s trying to move around, it’s in a playful mood, and it gets a ton of attention.

Just like me when I was a baby.

Man, those were the days…

Clearly, this is one elephant that just wants to run around and have a good time.

However, let’s hope it realizes its size and it keeps trying to play. I’m not sure if its friends will be all that happy about being sat on once this elephant doubles (and triples) in size.
